Take it easy on Code 10-54. He adds a little flare to the board. I don't think he is a punk kid at all, but perhaps a person on the boards alter ego. Ever notice nothing is really ever misspelled, except for what is meant to be for effect?! I am sure this person is really intelligent but likes to have a good time.

Ok all, point taken. I will admit that it takes a certain skill to translate the Queen's English to Ebonics, and yes, I will also concede that the information provided by one Mr. Code is usually informative and correct.

Incidentally, It occured to me that Code, unless he checks this thread again, will not see my post.

Anyway, My DC unit is great. The 4 inch tip is obnoxious. Definite mellon launcher. But, the way it sits under the car suggests more go than show. The piping is 2.25 inches (ID).

Here is seems like everyone has a Tanabe system... The DC unit was really expensive but it's well made and I'm happy.

One thing that I don't appreciate about DC is the customer service... I'm a goddam driving display model for them, and when I first got the system it cracked (right at the resonator) but after a month they finally made good on their warranty. Gheesh, I run $1400 worth of their stuff on the car, think they'd give a guy a break??? They said that I needed to send the resonator back to be re-welded... I did, and it came back better than new. It was too much for them to just send me a new resonator to replace the broken one?

Note: What size is the piping on your DC exhaust. I've never seen a DC exh. on a car before(except in mags). Most people have them damn "MELON LAUNCHERS".
